I have 0 clicks and 1 order? Hows this possible?

Hi, I am new a new seller and its been 2 months and created few gigs and received many impressions and clicks on some of my gigs. Recently I added a new gig into my profile and got a first order thru Facebook. I have delivered the order and received 5 star ratings but the gig shows 1 order and 0 clicks? Hows this possible? Is it normal ? Thank you

Hi, actually no. I shared the gig URL with my friends and one of my friends bought it for their website. Order has been delivered already but it shows 0 clicks and 1 order.

I don’t think you need to worry about one single click. Sounds like a waste of time, focus on more concerning issues in order to get your second order instead.

I think you are misunderstanding what ‘clicks’ mean.
To clear your confusion, impressions in the gigs mean the number of times your gig appeared in the search results, history, suggestions, etc for someone. Clicks means the number of times your gig was clicked from those search and all.
In your case, your gig was ordered from as URL you shared. So technically your gig was not clicked from a page. The buyer already reached the gig through the link and purchased it from there.
That’s why your gig has 0 clicks but 1 order.

Yes I understand this. Thats what I was thinking. Is it bad if I share URL with people and they buy directly from that ? Would this affect my gig ranking? I have other gigs with many clicks and impressions but the one with completed order I have now 1 click and 2 orders…
