Seller marks job as complete, does nothing and becomes unreachable - how do get a refund?

You can ask to change the delivery (you have a button on the order page, I think it’s named Request modifcation) or you can use the link at the bottom of the order page to go through the automatic system.

Consider that sometimes attachments are not there even if seller delivered properly (it happened a lot of time), so before getting upset with the seller try to write him: remember that communication is the key for every business 🙂

If you don’t receive any reply from the seller you have the option to cancel the order and get your money back to your account.
