Hello, my apologies I don’t intend to use your services. My 10 year old daughter was using my phone and placed the order by mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience

Thats the reply I get… - not sure how to handle this without cancellation % dip.

People don’t place orders by mistake. They place orders and then change their mind.

There’s a big difference. However, in your case the ‘buyer’ has made it clear they don’t want to use you - so customer support should help cancel the order without it impacting on your stats.

Don’t worry, in this case, the CS will cancel the order without affecting your rates. Join the screen capture with the message where he says he made a mistake (or his daughter, maybe his cat?) 😁
