can he cancel that order?

Yes, any buyer can cancel order at any time.

For this reason you need to be clear what you are offering and keep it as per TOS.

If you doubt, ask CS can you provide that service.

I would say you are walking a pretty thin line here and risking not getting paid AND losing your own money.

First, if you are paying out-of-pocket to run someone else’s FB or Google ad, and let’s say, they decide the ad did not “perform” to whatever your Gig states (I would hope you do not have some promise in your Gig that is not realistic like “Money Back Guarantee”, “100% Satisfaction” or promising a certain amount of engagement) they certainly have every right to cancel. So, not only would you be out your own money you put forth to do the work, but, you wouldn’t make a dime off the buyer.

I wouldn’t run this type of Gig myself.

You shouldn’t literally spend on buyers anything else than time. So at the end one must realise the buyer has the authority to cancel any order for any reason they can imagine.

Its atleast a lesson to keep on track in future
