Buyer not responding after making an order

Buyer made an order nearly 2 months ago, But will not tell me what they want. I’ve messaged them time and time again. Made requests to extend the delivery time, And requests to cancel the order. Nothing worked. They haven’t been online since they made the order.
What do I do?

You make a great wrong on there. when you look the buyer will not responding and offline from your order day, that time you should talk on the support team and cancel the order by them , and the other option is you can submit the order. (this is not the best idea).
