Video demo of my gig is rejected and i can't understand why

New to Fiverr, my gig has been rejected 2 times with no clear explonation but 'your gig needs modification, tos issue" and when asked they pointed the demo video, but I don’t understand why, the video is 100% mine, I have the all rights (coyrigth). and when asked no answers from the help center. They keep deleting my gig if i try to re do it.
I must say I read everything i could bout the video demo of gigs and find nothing

It’s kind of hard for any forum member to advise you when we don’t know fully what Fiverr support stated and don’t know the contents of your gig and video demo.

Its all about the video demo, they wrote: your gig is rejected for offering product exam video which are not allowed on fiver" (it was in french). What could I understand ? the gig is about product tutorials/unboxing videos in french language. My demo video is 100% in phase with the TOS (no copyrighted material : it’s all mine, no nudity etc…).
Now my ticket are being considezred as solved without any answer.
I’d need to understand why I can’t go ahead.

Reviews are videos of the features of a product. Is that allowed for a gig ?

It just means that the person posting decided to remove their reply as it was the same as another reply in this case.
