Consultation with Seller Success Manager Cancelled?

So, a couple of hours before the agreed time my consultation period with my success manager got canceled. Has anyone else experienced this issue or am I the only one?

Looks like they did send another email beforehand.

I experienced this too actually. At my first meeting. One hour before the appointment I got a message from the SSM telling me that for Internet issues, he has to postpone the appointment to the next day. I didn’t have any problem about it, so it was not a big deal to me.

Was that your first appointment too?

Yes, it was so I’m not really sure how to approach this. Did your success manager follow up on their own or should I mail them just in case?

My SSM personally messaged me to inform me. What about you? What did they tell you? Did they inform you about a new schedule?

My SSM personally messaged me to inform me

No, a new mail came (much like the previous one) stating that the meeting had been cancelled - that’s it.

EDIT:

I Just checked and my bad! They did send another email yesterday. I’ll just go ahead and delete this thread.

Oh, that was not the case for me. I received a message from the SM himself, apologizing and explaining the reason.

Try to email them back.
