Image too small?

Hi everyone, I’m brand new here and know nothing about the getting the right size image for my gig. I’m almost done creating my gig and trying to put a few images on my profile but I can’t seem to get the image the right size. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks so much 🙂

I just went to the Forum Home Page and entered “gig image size” in the search window.

It produced a list of posts.

The right size of gig image is 550px by 370px. But I use quite larger than that which is 710px by 478px. Hope your success in fiverr❤
