Gig library not updating

I’m a very new seller so it’s really important to me that when I finish a gig, the photo would appear in my gig library. I’ve completed two orders (two different gigs, one order each) and both times there hasn’t been an update in the library. I’ve always uploaded a JPEG file when delivering an order. I really don’t know what to do.

Hi! So when a buyer accepts your delivery and leaves a review, they have the option to allow your work to appear on your gig. The buyers that you’ve had so far probably clicked no, which is why the work isn’t showing up in your gig gallery.

Sometimes if the work contains personal info or designs that they don’t want others to see, buyers will click no, so that their work is private. Thanks!

I’ve always asked for their permission to display the work and they both gladly accepted, so I don’t see how it could be them

Sometimes I deliver my work before I deliver the order. So what I was asking is this: Did you deliver the work before closing the order. Or Did you deliver the work at the time of closing the order. (A box comes up and it says deliver work).

A buyer decides whether or not the work displayed when they leave their review. Buyers aren’t obligated to leave the work available for the others to see, you’ve already been paid and have received good reviews, there isn’t an issue with the platform so this post is in the wrong category.
