Created a new gig in composing

Hey everyone!
After a buyer requested on another gig that I add layers of synths to his song, I was a inspired to create a gig in this category. Currently it is in its rough version as this is my first gig in this category, and also the current picture is a placeholder until i get something more appropriate. Is anyone willing to give constructive criticism about the gig description and possibly pricing (I just took a quick glance at other gigs so I’m sure if my price is low; I’m still figuring out the sweet spot of having a price that reflects that I am skilled musician). Please, I would prefer if you are knowledgeable about working as a musician on Fiverr if you think to respond.

Good on you. I expect people will bitch at pricing but two musical lines for $100 ($50ea) is cheap in Session Muso circles.

I should mentioned as a co-producer or co-writer

Should “should” be “Must”? Also inelegant grammar. maybe:

I should/must be credited as: Co-Composer - Your Actual Name (unless you prefer the Fiverr handle).

Understand that while that is industry standard, it may also frighten off incontinent buyers (those who always wet their pants). This is not really a problem as they are buyers you don’t need but understand it will happen.

In terms of the gig overall. My only real thoughts were that your examples (esp the first) probably aren’t super clear in what you added. maybe a Before-After or maybe even A-B thing with a be or so without harmonies and counter melody and then with so we are all amazed at how much better it makes the track overall.

The second track does this a bit better already but seems to very much be totally one of your songs (complete with Vox Humana). Can you get pieces from elsewhere to show your magnification in?

Great that you point that out…I decided that it’s better to focus on higher value customers, so the ones who understand that are probably the more serious musicians who value my work and possible come back if they feel happy.

Also haha actually the second one, with the guitars, I only wrote the synth part for. But the other one is mine. I’ll definitely work on collecting more samples of what I have worked on while also better showing the before/after comparison…some of them haven’t been released by the author so I’ll have to check with them.

It is actually a good sign that I took the second track for all you as that means that the work is “coherent”. Nothing worse than a sound or musical line that seems tacked on.

If you are really stuck I may be able to rustle you up something basic so the sense of basic/improved will show the difference.
