Hello lovely community!

My name is Teddi, 24 years old Content Marketing Specialist with a bachelors degree in Marketing & Communications.

I have been on Fiverr since 2015, however I was not that active, then became using it again as a buyer and after the Covid-19 crisis has started, I have decided to dedicate a little bit more time for Fiverr - just for fun in the beginning, but this is how my career started.

In university, we have worked on many projects, doing studies, etc. and the area that I liked the most was Video Marketing.

I used to have a drop-shipping store in the past and many people would love to check out my reviews and products.

On the other hand, I have a lot of people following me from the same niche on my personal profile.
I decided to connect the dots, use my knowledge and bring a strong combination of services in one gig.

This is how it all started…

I created my first gig, got a few sales and was very excited.
Since I was really motivated, I took some extra steps, that new sellers may find useful.

I created:

  • A gig that is unique on the marketplace
  • Created a video showcasing the service and myself
  • I was honest about everything and not hiding my true personality
  • I created a voice over for my video, to encourage buyers to order and quickly sum my service
  • Downloaded the Fiverr App and kept my phone around me 24/7, anytime when there was a customer I would reply in less than 1 hour!

So how did sales come? It’s magic. On Fiverr, when you do the right things, respect your buyers, respond on time and deliver high quality work, while bringing together your personality & professionalism, the system and the Fiverr Editorial team will definitely notice you and give you a hand.

I was one of the lucky sellers, which I assume was again due to quality work, to have my gig selected as a “Fiverr Choice” two or three times.

I kept all my buyers happy and sales just keep flowing in.
So your #1 tip - Do hard work and take care for each and every customer.

Fiverr helped me a lot, way lot more than you can imagine.
Being a stay at home mom and having no other possibility due to the crisis to work, Fiverr is a true miracle to me and I will focus a lot more on it, promoting Fiverr & my own services on Social Media as well.

I am happy to interact with the Fiverr community on the forum and I hope this posts serves as motivation to newbie sellers.

Thank you Fiverr & Good Luck everyone,
Teddi

Thank you Fiverr & Good Luck everyone,

Teddi

First of all, congrats, and good for you!!

It’s always nice to read success stories like this one. 😃

…Aaaand here’s something I need to point out for the other new sellers who might read this.

Miss Teddi right here is a “Content Marketing Specialist with a bachelors degree in Marketing & Communications,” in other words she clearly knows what she is doing. She became successful for a reason.

you do the right things, respect your buyers, respond on time and deliver high quality work, while bringing together your personality & professionalis

which is SO true, yet sadly is something a lot of new sellers lack and don’t understand enough.

If you don’t understand what “professionalism” means, you will have a hard time finding success.

Here’s another one:

kept my phone around me 24/7

This DOES NOT MEAN you need to be on Fiverr 24/7, this does NOT bring you sales!!

Miss Teddi’s success is a combination of years of studying, hard work and professionalism.

Don’t even think that staying on Fiverr 24 hours is gonna bring you success.

Good luck to you all.

(sorry @thegeekgirl , I’m not trying to highjack your post. Have a nice weekend!)
