What happens if I deliver work again after deadline, and buyer hasn't marked the order complete

Hello Everyone.
Hope you’re doing good.

So I delivered the work to a client within time and he hasn’t seen it yet, and hasn’t marked the order complete so far as well of course. What happens if I “deliver again” after the deadline, will fiver count it late or something, or is it safe. can u please tell me how will it behave.
