Reached 100$ , cannot request payment

Hello guys, so I have been working for this program for the last month, got not bad results well over 100$ in previous month, now that the pay day has come, there is no such an option to request money, it still says I need to reach 100$ to cashout. Anyone had the same issue? Tried contacting support , 2 weeks no response.

Yes I am, even if I use euro I have over 500$ still cant request.

Which method did you use to contact support? support@fiverr.com or https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new ? (Maybe try the other?)

Ahh… Is this under the Fiverr Affiliates program?..

From experience Customer Support usually responds within an hour. Perhaps you can try submitting a ticket again?

Hey guys, I got to the $100 threshold on November, I requested for payment on 15 December, though it says my payment request was sent successfully,  my status never changed to "pending", rather the green "Request Payment" option is still available. This is my first payment request from the affiliate program, so I don't know if it's normal. Please help guys.
