Is it safee to link paypal to your debit card or bank account?

Hey there I want to know whether or not is it safe to link my debit card or my bank account to Payal. If Paypal is safe then which is safer to link, Debit card, or Bank account? Is Payoneer safer than Paypal as well? Any help is appreciated.

You’ll have to link both Debit card and Bank account. You’ll have to complete your KYC. And then you are good to go.
