I lose my free gig without buy any gig

hello all my fiverr friends a message come on fiverr profile. the message is clam your free $5 gig where i can buy any free gig on fiverr i was happy so i buy gig fiverr but seller cancel order so i also cancel after 1 hour i looking for new gig but after another one hour my free gig was unvisible and i am very unhappy
