Rules for 'Mutual Cancellation' Change

Just offered a mutual cancellation to somebody as they mis-ordered my gig. They declined. At that point it said “This order will be cancelled in 2 days unless the seller declines”. They accidentally declined and asked me to send again. It now says:



"ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IN 9 DAYS

UNLESS BUYER DECLINES"



So basically, if you decline, the time limit to get somebody to accept goes up. This means that if somebody continues to decline cancellations it is going to be a rather lengthy period of time.

That is so weird! The new decline time does not make any sense and neither does a 101% rating. I wonder how that came about.
