My Gig was cancelled. Said it may be considered spammy

I put an honest gig on fiverr. I offered to guide clients on how to get a free telephone number for the their business. I do not sure why but after I got a request from a potential client to provide this service, fiverr cancelled the job and emailed me a message saying that the gig “could be considered spammy.” Was it my wording or what happened to make this gig be approved then cancelled?

Contact customer support and ask them if they could tell you why it was deleted
