Need help for ID Verification fail

I am a freelance translator working in Korea.
I went through ID verification today, but I was rejected for poor quality and my account was deactivated after several attempts. But my cell phone is Iphone XR. I couldn’t agree on the picture quality issue.
I have put an inquiry in CS, but I am not sure what to do.
I tried with my driver’s license and passport. All IDs, including my ID, are in Korean.
Could this be a problem? 😔
