Please tell me about new milestone screen

I noticed that fiverr changes milestone screen. But recently i delivered work on time but stopwatch is not stop after deliver my order. Is it late marked? But i deliver on time. Please check this images. Why this stopwatch turns red when i deliver my order on time.
In my smartphone it is showing late order. I am very confused with this new format. I deliver before time. Please tell me
