Verifying ID Impact on Orders

Because I finished my first order, Fiverr is having me verify my ID. I won’t be able to do that until three days from now, but I also have other active orders. I delivered someone else’s order, and they still haven’t responded whether they are happy with the order or would like revisions (even though Fiverr showed them as active a few hours after I delivered). Are buyers unable to see your messages/deliveries while you’re waiting to verify your ID? Or do I just need to wait/send a reminder message?

I’ve only had 75% of my completed orders reviewed.

Buyers are a strange bunch.

Some will stick with you for a long time feeding you a steady flow of business and reviews.

Others disappear as quickly as they appeared and will leave no trace.

That’s just how it goes.

Buyers vanish with their orders, without a word, all the time. That’s not ID related. No. Don’t message them. Fiverr reminds them several times: Asking for Reviews - This is what CS said

Yes, it happens all the time. Sometime buyers too, they order something and wait for you to deliver… they come back on the expected delivery date, only to find out that you asked several questions a few days ago to clarify the order.

Thank you for the information! I’m aware of that; I’ve just looked at the buyer’s reviews, and a lot of sellers have given them reviews, so I’m pretty sure they’re the former group. I just wanted to make sure the ID verification wasn’t causing issues.
