How to get reorder regularly?

I’m glad to say the gentleman, My Fiverr profile has been started before the 10th month ago. I have done only 10 orders and those are also taken through the buyer’s request. I have sent 1500 buyer request during this period and a minimum of 18hours in online. Essential exam and another 2 more exams I have done with the best mark.
But last 20days no message or order from buyers. Please some can you help me most people are know how to get orders but they are not advised correctly. Please help me.

How do you stay online 18 hours a day?

Do you use an auto refresher?

If you do, do you know it is against the Fiverr ToS to do that?

I’m just trying to prevent you from getting a warning and potentially banned from the platform.
