Is there a way to choose what will show in your delivered artwork portfolio

Hello, I’m trying to make something to boost my new gig, and I think the best for me to do it is when someone is inquiring, I’d send them a custom offer into my new gig, then I’d send them 2 output, The artwork they expect to have and the artwork for my new gig portfolio,(I ask their permissions before sending a custom offer).

So is there any way I could choose what image will show in my portfolio? as I will send the client 2 different photo,
