Orders cancelation

I’m really disappointed, my order 2 orders canceled that accidently received. What i do now my order rate is dropped.

Whenever you received order by mistake, asked the buyer not to cancel the order and offer the buyer to another task or make a solution without canceling the order.

I don’t know I would block them because they might try that stunt again but I would also try to get other orders to make the percent not look to bad. Also Fiverr should fix it because it shouldn’t count as you cancelling because it was the client that canceled on you.

I am not sure If I would say that you should go ahead and report them but if you think that you should then go ahead.
