Unable to find proper keywords

I added a new gig about Account reconciliation but no keyword suggestions are coming up like “reconciliation” “bank reconciliation” “vendor account” etc., If i type something myself as keyword, it is deleted.
In my other gigs i didn’t faced such issue.
if somebody can advice what to do!

Please define ‘account reconciliation’. How you define it might be different than Fiverr defines it. It’s possible there’s other terms that Fiverr uses for the same service.

If it’s tags and it’s deleting the the ones you type that don’t already exist, have you pressed enter after the new ones? That’s what is suggested elsewhere in the forum. Maybe it deletes them if you haven’t pressed enter and are just clicking “save/save and continue”.
