Fiverr seller protection program doesn't work, 3644$ scammed by fraudulent buyer's chargeback

A buyer placed two orders, I completed both and he gave 5 star ratings for both orders.
After 3 months I get a mail from fiverr saying these orders were cancelled due to some issues and now Fiverr is charging me entire amount from my new earnings!
The buyer clearly scammed me off... he took the work then suddenly after 3 months he got his money back too!

Did you attach the screenshots to CS tickets?
It usually helps to attach screenshots of requirements, work delivered and customers review. (Even though it sounds silly).
