Detaching payoneer account from one fiverr account and attaching it to another

Hi there, hope you doing good.
actually my friend attached my payoneer account to his fiverr account because his payoneer account wasn’t getting registered due to some reason. But now, I started working on fiverr myself and I can’t make another payoneer account. so, I want to detach my payoneer from his account because his account got registered now and he can attach his account.
My query is, can I get my payoneer detached from his account and then attach it with my own fiverr account. Is it okay with fiverr TOS or it may cause problem for me?
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
