If you have app running and you do not mark in the app you are sleeping only then it affects you. I reply to my clients after 12 hours or longer and number stays at 1 hour because I am not online. If you are not available, you do not have problems with messages. I was offline and saw the email in morning and when I replied the response time changed to 8 hours and now even I replied in half an hour it is still 6!
