A buyer straight-away sent me their contact number. What should I do?

So a buyer, who seems genuine, sent their desired work and their mobile number as their first message. I have not replied to them yet, neither contacted them using the number. I hope I am not getting any warning. Should I just ignore the message?

The Buyer should know this.

I’d block 'em and move on.
