Getting inquiries, but not leading to sales

I’m struggling to get orders. I have plenty of inquiries and I discuss the project well with the client. I try to not seem over eager, ask informative questions, and express my understanding of the project that is being presented to me.
I have great response time, photos of myself on my gigs and I keep my gig description to the point.
My question is, does anyone else experience this? How many inquiries did you get before you sold your first gig?
Does anyone have any tips for me as to why this is happening? Is there something wrong with my gigs or my profile? Or is this normal?

getting order its totally depends how many clients visit your gig everyday ,
if you contact with 5-7 clients then you must get your first project …
its normal . try to active online as much as possible .
