Gig started but not received the files I need!

Hello, the gig started 2 days and due soon but I have not received all the files I need from the buyer. I have informed the buyer straight away but the countdown is still ticking!

Is there a way to pause the order because I have not received all the files? i am concerned I am not able to deliver the gig in time because I don’t have what I need.

I have tried to look in the docs for an answer to this with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
