Charge back completed order

A few days ago, I completed an order. The buyer was pretty satisfied and accepted the delivery, and then I also withdraw the funds. After a few days, the order was canceled, and the buyer charges back and gets back his funding. I contact customer support, and they assured me I’d get that back within 7 days and received an email that Fiverr protects you from fraud, after few mins, I noticed that they started deduction from my earning balance. again I contact customer support they told me everything will be settled within 7 days after 7 days fiverr keep deduction going on I contact them again then they told its submitted to the relavent team for review it is about 18 days I am struggling with that the order was $500
