Confused about Fiverr Algorithm

Can anybody tell me that how does the Fiverr Algorithm actually works?
Everybody have created new gigs, tried to rank them on first page. In starting, they have failed but never give up and after a struggle they have succeeded to rank.
You guys also experienced this as a newbie.
So I want to know that what was your experience regarding this, and what was your strategy that actually worked in ranking gig!

A lot of Myth arund Fiverr. Nobody knows the exact fiverr algo. But the main key fact is Keyword selection. try less competitive keyword with Hig volume demand. Success will be in your door soon.
