I can't create first gig,get stuck on personal info page

Hi Fiverr,
I’m new here so my account is raw. I’ve filled up most of the information needed.
When I go to the “become a seller” or to create my first gig, it don’t let me get past the first personal info page.
Clicking on continue don’t do anything and don’t tell me one of the fields is wrong or what’s the issue. Eventually, I’m unable to create my first gig.

I’ve also noticed upon trying again and again, my completion progress went from 30% to 70% even though I could not do anything different but get stuck on the personal info page !
I also changed my device but the issue is same.
What should I do now ?

Have you tried a different browser, or clearing cookies/cache? Which step are you stuck on?

Thanks for reply, Really, I have tried from two different device in several time but all are vain. my next attempt to clear cache.

Dear you must type 150 characters in text box then you can continue.
