Can I ask email address or contact information to the buyer to complete my job

I am a web developer and sometimes I make E-mail templates for my clients. But recently I have seen that Fiverr is not allowed to write an email word. So how can I ask for email or contact information from clients?

The ToS say you can send/can be sent contact information if it is necessary for the job and not to leave the platform, like in your case.
I’ve never done it myself so I don’t know how to precisely help you, but here it says you have to do it within the order page and not in the chat.

Along with @mattboa’s suggestion, you can ask the email info as an order requirement. So that buyer can’t order without giving the info…
