Fiverr de-ranked the gig but not from best services . SO WEIRD

Its my second post regarding this matter, but wait its something new this time that i would like to share.
So i am past that issue that my friend gig got de-ranked and all i can do is tell him to wait for his turn as fiverr is promoting new sellers , fair enough . But can you please tell me if its de-ranked why its available on 24 best 3d product animation category??? Why not de-rank it as well ?See attached image please Account name aliqaiser159 .
