I googled the issue and it specifically says that you can message sellers even if they are away, so wtf Fiverr? Are you going to ignore this issue for another 6 months or fix it so we can give you business? jaredaltny Posted June 14, 2022 Share Posted June 14, 2022 (edited) We received this error and we resolved it by removing a reference to a file name "web(dot)config" that we were referencing in our message. It's the same when trying to add the filename in this post message. So we had to replace the . with (dot) in order to successfully submit.
