Unable to Send Message - It's a bug?

Hello, first time answering here.
I’m trying to reply to my buyer but this message keeps popping. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or some problem with my account or how to solve but need to answer to my buyers.

Sure, here it is.

The image shows the message I’m trying to send (tried to write other stuff too and none of it is sending) and the “bug”.

This is usually a problem caused by a weak internet connection, or if you spent too long writing a reply and your connection drops out (or is in the process of dropping out).

Copy and save your message body that you have written so far in response, and refresh the page. Then paste, complete your message, and resend.

I am unable to send a message. I get the same error as listed above.

I installed the mobile app and tried to send a message, and it did not give me the error, but my message does not get sent there either.

 

On both desktop (Chrome or Firefox) and on mobile, it will try to send the message. But on desktop, I will see that notification saying it wasn't sent. After sending a message either on mobile or desktop, if I reload, the message will be gone.

 

Logging out and logging back in does not resolve this problem. It has now been this way for 2 days. Please help.

I'm having this exact same problem on Windows.. can't contact this one person keep getting the error unable to send your message for 16 hours straight..  so I recently read here use the mobile app The message showed as sent.. 12 hours later when I recheck the message he's not posted and has not been sent I tried again for hours on the mobile app also it shows a message sent when I close the app and reopen the messages in not sent in not posted what kind of bug could this be and on Google it clearly goes back to 2019, with dozens of reports no solution This is crazy.

In some cases, if the client or you shared your contact informations on fiverr then fiverr blocked the conversion and take a review. Also sometime people do spam messages and then their id got banned. In that cases there id got banned and you cannot reply on that conversation.

Last one is the internet problem. Check your connection properly.

Same problem..not able to send msgs to a specific buyer through inbox. However, communication is alright on the order page. It has been 3 days and the problem still persist. Tried everything as recommended by CS, but still it's the same thing.

Did anybody find a solution to it? Then please help.
