Taking orders does not work

I placed an order two days ago. Now the designer has finished the job and sent it to me. Unfortunately I can’t access it. As soon as I click on the message in the messages, it also forwards me to the start page. Also under my orders when I click on it. Nothing works with the cell phone either. It seems to me that Fiverr is very buggy lately.

You can try submitting a ticket at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new or send an email to support@fiverr.com. Though it might take a bit for them to get back to you.

its strange. most of the sellers keep in touch after completion of task. they are interested to see the acceptance and review. in this case seller has no interest about the fate of his/her work.

Im not a seller now but a costumer and want to rate the dude who made a good job but cant. Not with the computer and not with my mobile phone. Please fix this problem.

Did you use different computer just try from a different location or different WIFI it might work but if it didn’t must contact Fiverr CS.
