Three buyers in ten hour haven't been able to pay

Hello…
I’ve had the very occasional issue with buyers not being able to pay… but now I’ve had three buyers in the last ten hours who say they haven’t been able to get their orders processed. Three different countries, using credit cards and/or PayPal.
Anyone else having the same experience?
