The fact it shows 4 in the active count even though it’s showing none is a bug but it’s been known for a long time and they still haven’t got around to fixing it yet. I think people have reported it in the heldesk but I don’t think Fiverr thinks it’s urgent enough to fix currently and maybe it’s not that easy for them to fix. I think it’s just showing the wrong figure rather than not showing request it should.

It’s a bug. It happens to me also.
