Fiverr withrarw process issue with payonner card

Hello community.
Fiverr usually give me a choice of choosing the withdrawal plan (2 days/1$ or 3$ of an immediate one)
but Recently when I click withdraw button(using Fiverr revenue card) Fiverr takes the immediate withdrawal automatically and takes 3$ fees. Is there anyone has the same issue.
I need to choose the 2 days/1$ plan again.
