PayPal to fiverr refund from limited paypal

unfortunately my PayPal Account Has Been limited. And I am not able to remove limitation from my paypal Account. I had send Payment from Fiverr to PayPal some Hours ago. can I Refund them to my Fiverr account. Because I lost my PayPal account.

Money from PayPal cannot be refunded back to Fiverr. You can contact paypal’s support though, to solve this issue. Maybe they knew how to help you.
