Unable to press publish button as a seller

Does anyone know why I am unable to publish my gig? There is a grey publish box that I am unable to press. I have filled out everything and have gotten my W-9 verified as well as my phone number. The only thing I can think of is that I only have one photo in my gallery but that shouldn’t be a reason. I am quite confused.

I have the same issue. a screen shot just looks like the w-9 page over again. Once in a while the “you’re good to go” message flashes, but then it never turns the “publish” button green.
