Is it allowed to do assignment work on Fiverr?

Hello community,
I have read TOS of fiverr, and it clearly says we are not allowed to do academic assignments of clients, but still I have seen various gigs doing the same. So, I just wanted to ask if it is allowed to do assignments with some terms and conditions. Or it is completely forbidden. Please help me with this.

Also, when a new client approaches for assignment help, what to do in that case? Directly saying no or any other procedure. Please guide me.

Any academic works is forbidden - sometimes you can see gigs, that breaks the ToS, but Fiverr delite it step by step. If someone asking to do a job, that is not allowed, just tell that you are sorry, but Fiverr doesn’t allow this type of work. You will lose one buyer, but you will keep your account and get many other great buyers

Yeah, you’ll likely find many gigs that aren’t in line with Fiverr’s Terms of Service. I like to think they’ll eventually get taken down, be it 6 days or 6 months. Shame they are there in the first place, though. Best of wishes.

Yeah, thank you for clarification. I just thought may be there are some T&C with which we can use. But, now I got clarity that it is completely forbidden. Thank you.
