Order couldn't be placed but Fiverr deducted the money from my visa card

I tried placing an order but it came Can’t Process Order so I stopped but when I checked my visa card fiverr had deducted the money from the card.

I contacted them and they said I should wait for 10 days but it’s been over 23 days and no refund has been received
