New Buyer having issues

I’m a new buyer. The designer I chose does not communicate with me. Missed her deadline. Will not even show me any designs to reassure me she’s even working on my project. I want to cancel her contract, get my money back and hire someone else. I don’t think she’s done anything. Any advice?

IIRC, you can ask for cancellation within 3 days of the missed deadline, and after that it will cancel itself automatically. Your money is also always frozen unless the order is marked as complete, so it will simply go back to your balance.

(Is the seller active on the platform at all? Did she get any reviews recently or respond to you initially?)
