Can you please elaborate on what exactly happened, what mistake, who is tracking your IP, did you make two accounts?

No, I didn’t open 2 IDs. I mistakenly gave someone a link to my Facebook ID and then gave me a fiber warning and I deleted the ID and opened a new ID but later the fiber in my ID didn’t work anymore.

So in short you broke one of fiverr’s rules then deleted your account. Now you want to open or you already opened another account and want help… What kind of assistance do you want? If you got a warning and trying to close the account then you will need to go through support for permission
