Could someone please explain to me how buyer requests work?

People who want to buy something but do not want to search publish Buyers request then seller apply with an offer. If the buyer selects someone he/she gets the job.

But on the main site, you have a Help section. Go there and search buyers’ requests. You have text and video explaining everything.
