smashradio
Have you tried making it wider but not taller than it is in your example?
uk1000
When I look at your profile/gig page it isn’t cropped like that, so maybe you just need to do a Ctrl F5 refresh as it’s showing all the text. Though on some of your other gigs some text is cropped (eg. the “social media manager…” one.But normally just make sure text isn’t too close to the edge of the 1.78:1 frame in your video to prevent it getting cropped when Fiverr slightly crops it. smashradio
Try 1000 x 617px. If I remember correctly that was the size I used. And try to keep the text and all important content towards the middle of the thumbnail, and not too far towards the edges in any direction. 🙂
marinapomorac
Regarding video and photos trying to get a perfect resolution is impossible due to the Fiverr site displaying images and videos differently and it is not just a site issue, if you go to YouTube in chrome bottom of the video is cropped so you can not see subtitles unless in full screen. As @uk1000 said, just make sure the text is not close to the edge and do not stress over resolution.I just changed my GIG images and I uploaded all humanly possible dimensions and no matter what it gets stretched or cropped somewhere if it looks good on PC it is stretched on the phone if it looks good on phone it is stretched in Firefox…So I just stopped being bothered with this and uploaded 1920×1080 video and 1600×1076 images…As Elsa suggests: let it go let it go…
