I don’t think changing gig thumbnail will have any affect on rank. but it will be the permanent solution to avoid this issue. don’t you think so?

I changed and it hit my ranking, others have said it didn’t hit theirs. It’s the mystery of the fiver algo 🙂

@rifat_newaz1998 as level 2 seller you have experience for this, you know what you should have done. report her profile and images imidiatelly. No need to contact her ort anything. What she is saying is nonsense, she will lose her GIG ranking? She should be banned for stealing others’ artwork when it is simplest type text over random image. She has no time to take another photo in canva and retype text, but she is taking your image?

Everythng in the image is same from the position of the image to the poristion of the text, kerning, tracking, font style, color, this is so so so same. Just go for the report.

I hate to say it but is this a Template image that any person could have a high probability of putting together?

I ask seeing my understanding of Canva is that it is where you get a whole bunch of clip art and templates with some ability to arrange them. If so, it is most likely that many people will chose exactly the same combination of parts and come up with the same outcome.
